Delete your Isokratis account

You can delete your account and all the data stored with it at any time.

In the app

Open the menu → Profile → Delete account, and confirm. Your account, sign-in details, sessions and subscription status, your synced reader library, presets, scales, settings and imported samples are removed from our server straight away, and the account's presets, scales and imported samples are removed from that device.

Without the app

Email koxafis@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it and everything stored with it within 30 days and confirm by email.

After deletion

Deleted data is gone from our backups within 30 days. The only exception is the trial records: keyed hashes of your device identifier, email address and Google account ID, kept for 2 years from the start of the trial so that a re-created account does not get a second trial. They cannot be turned back into any of those. See the Privacy Policy. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you will keep being charged.
